全程人性化护理应用于药物流产过程中的效果

摘要
目的:探讨全程人性化护理应用于药物流产过程中的效果.方法:回顾性分析本院 2020 年 3 月—2023 年 1 月收治的 120 例行药物流产患者,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60).两组患者均予以米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以全程人性化护理.比较两组负性情绪、流产效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度情况.结果:观察组阴道出血持续时间、月经复潮时间短于对照组,阴道平均出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为 96.67%,高于对照组的 88.33%(P<0.05).结论:对米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物流产患者行全程人性化护理,可缩短恢复时间,改善患者负面情绪,降低并发症发生率,且患者对护理满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of whole course humanized nursing in the process of drug abortion.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with drug abortion admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 was divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to different nursing methods.Both groups were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given wholecourse humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,abortion effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the average amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 88.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wholecourse humanized nursing for patients with mifepristone combined with misoprostol drug abortion can shorten the recovery time,improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
