Effect of Whole Course Humanized Nursing in the Process of Drug Abortion
Objective:To explore the effect of whole course humanized nursing in the process of drug abortion. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with drug abortion admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 was divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to different nursing methods. Both groups were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol. On this basis, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given wholecourse humanized nursing on the basis of the control group. The negative emotion, abortion effect, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the average amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 88.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wholecourse humanized nursing for patients with mifepristone combined with misoprostol drug abortion can shorten the recovery time, improve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
