青少年游戏障碍静息态功能磁共振的研究进展

摘要
游戏障碍作为一个新增疾病,在ICD-11 中正式引入"成瘾行为所致障碍"的疾病单元.目前已有青少年游戏障碍静息态功能磁共振研究,发现青少年游戏障碍患者部分脑区存在异常.本文主要对体素镜像同伦连接、感兴趣区及大脑网络作一综述,以期为青少年游戏障碍的未来研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Gaming disorder,as a new disorder,is formally introduced into the disorder unit of addictive behavior disorders in ICD-11.Currently,there have been resting-state functional MRI studies of gaming disorder in adolescents,abnormalities are found in some brain regions of adolescent gaming disorder patients.In this paper,voxel mirror homunculus connection、region of interest and brain network are reviewed in order to provide reference for the future research of adolescent gaming disorder.
