Effect of Rehabilitation Training During the Recovery Period of Drug Treatment in Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective:To observe the effect of rehabilitation training on the adjuvant treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 148 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in Tianjin Veterans Special Care Hospital from November 2022 to March 2023 was conducted.According to the dynamic randomization of patients after admission, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 74 patients in each group. The control group was given drug treatment, and the experimental group was given drug treatment+rehabilitation training.PANSS,SCL-9,HAMA,HAMD,SSPI scores and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of PANSS scale,SCL-90 scale,HAMA and HAMD scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, and the SSPI scale score was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of drug treatment, the combined rehabilitation training program can actively optimize the drug treatment effect of patients with schizophrenia, alleviate the symptoms of schizophrenia and delusion, improve their own stigma, and assist in improving social function.
