碘对比剂所致急性肾功能衰竭1例分析

摘要
本文通过对 1 例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并 2 型糖尿病女性患者在进行冠状动脉造影手术以及脑部CT血管造影检查后发生急性肾功能衰竭的病例进行报道,分析讨论碘对比剂的肾脏损伤机制,使用碘对比剂发生肾脏损伤的危险因素、碘对比剂所致肾脏损伤的预防及治疗方法.总结此例患者存在的碘对比剂所致肾脏损伤的高危因素,得出经验教训,提出碘对比剂使用的优化建议.
Abstract
This paper reports a case of acute renal failure in a female patient with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after coronary angiography and brain CT angiography,analyzes and discusses the mechanism of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,the risk factors of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,the prevention and treatment methods of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,and summarizes the high-risk factors of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media in this patient.The experience and lessons are drawn,and the optimization suggestions for the use of iodine contrast media are put forward.
