Analysis of One Case of Acute Renal Failure Caused by Iodine Contrast Media
This paper reports a case of acute renal failure in a female patient with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after coronary angiography and brain CT angiography,analyzes and discusses the mechanism of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,the risk factors of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,the prevention and treatment methods of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media,and summarizes the high-risk factors of renal damage caused by iodine contrast media in this patient.The experience and lessons are drawn,and the optimization suggestions for the use of iodine contrast media are put forward.
