Observation on the Intervention Effect of Triangle Hierarchical Management Model in the Process of Drug Treatment After Myocardial Infarction Intervention
Objective:To explore the application effect of Triangle hierarchical management model in the guidance of dual antiplatelet drugs after interventional therapy for myocardial infarction. Methods:A total of 110 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected.According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into stratified management group and routine group, with 55 patients in each group. The routine group was treated with routine basic intervention, and the hierarchical management group was treated with Triangle hierarchical management model. The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),platelet aggregation rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the LVEDD level of the stratified management group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the LVEF level was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).FIB level and platelet aggregation rate in the stratified management group were lower than those in the conventional group, and PT level was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the stratified management group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triangle hierarchical management model can improve the cardiac function level of patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy, improve their coagulation function, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
