Effect of"H2H"nutrition Intervention Model During Drug Treatment Period in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To analyze the application value of the"Hospital to Home(H2H)"nutritional intervention model in anemia management during ferrous succinate treatment period for maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients. Methods:A total of 48 MHD patients who underwent routine interventions at the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were included in the control group;48 MHD patients who underwent the"H2H"nutritional intervention model in the hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were included in the observation group. The anemia related indicators, iron metabolism indicators, nutrition related indicators, treatment compliance, and incidence of malnutrition were compared between the two groups before and three months after intervention. Results:After 3 months of intervention, the total scores of hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(Hct),red blood cell count(RBC),ferritin(SF),serum iron(Fe),transferrin saturation(TS),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),and treatment compliance in both groups were higher than before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was 37.50%,which was lower than 58.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"H2H"nutritional intervention model can effectively improve the malnutrition and anemia status of MHD patients during ferrous succinate treatment period, and enhance their treatment compliance.
