Effect of Different Doses of Diosmin in the Treatment of Primary Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of different doses of diosmin in the treatment of primary varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 71 patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to March 2022 was conducted.According to the different treatment options, the patients were divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=34).The patients in the two groups were treated with diosmin. The observation group was treated with high dose(0.9 g/time,2 times/d),and the control group was treated with low dose(0.45 g/time,2 times/d).The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the proportion of CEAP grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade Ⅴ was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prothrombin time, thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 2 weeks after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Kruppel-like transcription factor 2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks after treatment, and the level of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of diosmin in the treatment of primary varicose veins of lower extremities is definite, and the effect of high dose is better than that of low dose, and the increase of drug dose will not increase the risk of adverse drug reactions.
