Effect of Allylestrenol Combined with Progesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Premature Labor
Objective:To explore the application effect of allylestrenol combined with progesterone in patients with threatened premature delivery. Methods:From May 2021 to September 2023,82 patients with threatened premature delivery who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random envelope drawing, the patients were divided into 41 patients in the combined group and 41 patients in the conventional group. The conventional group was treated with progesterone, and the combined group was treated with allylestrenol on the basis of the control group. The abdominal pain relief time, lumbar acid relief time, bleeding stop time, estradiol content, progesterone content, incidence of adverse reactions and life outcome were compared between the two groups. Results:The abdominal pain relief time, lumbar acid relief time and bleeding stop time in the combined group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the levels of serum estradiol and progesterone in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the conventional group during 7 days of treatment(P>0.05).The live birth rate of the combined group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Allyl estradiol combined with progesterone can shorten the time of abdominal pain relief, lumbar acid relief and bleeding stop in patients with threatened preterm labor, and can also promote the secretion of serum estradiol and progesterone, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve pregnancy outcomes.
