Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in Adjuvant Treatment of Brain Injury in Premature Infants
Objective:To study the effects of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NABA)score and relative expression levels of Tau protein and Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9)mRNA in premature infants with brain injury.Methods:Ninety-nine children with premature brain injury admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group(49 children)and combined group(50 children)by random number table method. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the combined group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen. The clinical efficacy,NABA score, hemodynamic indexes of middle cerebral artery[peak systolic velocity(PSFV),end diastolic velocity(EDFV),mean blood flow velocity(Vm),resistance index(RI)],serum indexes[myelin basic protein(MBP),S100 calcium binding protein β(S100β),Tau protein and TLR9 mRNA relative expression levels]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NABA score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The middle cerebral artery PSFV,EDFV and Vm in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and RI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The relative expression levels of serum MBP,S100β,Tau protein and TLR9 mRNA in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mouse nerve growth factor for injection and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of premature infants with brain injury can improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the neurobehavioral abnormalities, and promote the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function.
