Effect of Progesterone Capsule Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of progesterone capsule combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its effect on coagulation indexes. Methods:From June 2020 to August 2022,86 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding diagnosed and treated in gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into combined group(43 patients)and control group(43 patients). The control group was treated with progesterone capsule, and the combined group was treated with progesterone capsule combined with dydrogesterone. The therapeutic effect, coagulation index, endometrial thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum estradiol and progesterone in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progesterone capsule combined with dydrogesterone is effective in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It can reduce endometrial thickness and improve coagulation function without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
