Observation on the Effect of Combined Live Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets Assisted Sequential Therapy in the Treatment of HP Related Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Combined Live Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 97 patients with Hp-related chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=49)and control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with sequential therapy combined with Combined Live Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,adverse reactions and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],pepsinogen[pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ),PGⅠ/PGⅡ]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.83%,which was higher than 74.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of the treatment group was 95.83%,which was higher than 74.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PGI and PGⅠ/PGⅡ were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined Live Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets have a good clinical effect in the adjuvant treatment of Hp-related chronic atrophic gastritis,which can effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,improve the level of pepsinogen,promote the repair of gastric mucosa,and have high safety.
