Effect of Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection Combined with Reduning Injection in the Treatment of Influenza Virus Complicated with Pneumonia in Children
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of peramivir sodium chloride injection combined with Reduning injection in the treatment of influenza virus pneumonia in children. Methods:A total of 100 children with influenza virus complicated with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes, they were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The control group was treated with peramivir sodium chloride injection, and the experimental group was treated with peramivir sodium chloride injection combined with reduning injection. The clinical effects, adverse reactions, clinical symptom relief time, hospitalization time and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:he body temperature relief time, cough relief time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in PCT level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Paramivir sodium chloride injection combined with Reduning injection can improve the therapeutic effect of influenza virus complicated with pneumonia in children, effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children, inhibit the level of inflammatory factors, shorten the hospitalization time, and increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
