Effect of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Shangqiu Fifth People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(55 patients)and control group(55 patients)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin. The study group was treated with Shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, daily living ability[limb motor function score table(FMA),Basel index evaluation table(BI)score],neurological function[neurological deficit assessment scale(NIHSS),nerve repair evaluation table(MRS)score,S100β],platelet index(platelet adhesion rate, aggregation rate),cerebral hemodynamics[anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity(ACA),basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA)]were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate,BI and FMA scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions,NIHSS score,MRS Score,S100β protein level, platelet aggregation rate and adhesion rate were lower than those in the control group, while ACA and BA were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening injection combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin has a good effect in the early rehabilitation treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively promote the recovery of nervous system and limb function, improve the state of platelet aggregation, accelerate the blood circulation of the brain, and then reduce the mortality and disability rate.
