Effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang Combined with Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Angina Pectoris After Coronary Intervention
Objective:To observe the application effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang combined with atorvastatin and clopidogrel in the treatment of hypertension complicated with angina pectoris after coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 68 patients with hypertension and angina pectoris after coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group(34 patients)and control group(34 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin and clopidogrel,and the study group was combined with Di'ao Xinxuekang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,left ventricular diameter,improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions,platelet aggregation rate and adhesion rate,mean arterial pressure(MAP),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than those in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of attacks was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Di'ao Xinxuekang,atorvastatin,and clopidogrel has a good effect on the treatment of hypertension combined with angina pectoris after coronary intervention surgery.It can effectively alleviate the incidence of hypertension and angina pectoris in patients,improve cardiac function expression,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.The clinical efficacy and safety are higher.
