摘要
目的:研究气滞胃痛颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺治疗反流性食管炎的效果.方法:选择2020年1月—2022年12月我院收治的 80 例反流性食管炎患者,分为联合组和对照组,每组 40 例.对照组采用甲氧氯普胺,联合组采用气滞胃痛颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺.比较两组症状评分、胃肠激素水平和炎症因子水平.结果:治疗后,联合组各临床症状评分、胃肠激素水平、炎症因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:气滞胃痛颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺可有效改善反流性食管炎患者临床症状、胃肠激素水平和炎症因子,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Qizhi Weitong granules combined with metoclopramide in treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into combined group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoclopramide,and the combined group was treated with Qizhi Weitong granules combined with metoclopramide.The symptom scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores,gastrointestinal hormone level and inflammatory factors in the combination group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi Weitong granules combined with metoclopramide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal hormone levels and inflammatory factors of patients with reflux esophagitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
