益气补肾活血汤辅助治疗脑卒中恢复期患者的效果

摘要
目的:分析益气补肾活血汤辅助治疗脑卒中恢复期患者的效果及对腕背伸功能、腹肌厚度的影响.方法:抽取本院于 2017 年 12 月—2020 年 12 月收治的脑卒中恢复期患者 74 例,随机分为对照组(37 例,采用常规西医治疗方式)与观察组(37例,在对照组常规西医治疗加用益气补肾活血汤).比较两组腕背伸功能、腹肌厚度及生活质量.结果:治疗后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,AROM指数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹内斜肌、腹横肌、腹外斜肌厚度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理职能、一般健康状况、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:益气补肾活血汤可有效改善脑卒中恢复期患者的腕背伸功能,促进机体恢复,提高生活质量,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction in adjuvant treatment of patients with stroke recovery and its effect on wrist dorsal extension function and abdominal muscle thickness.Methods:A total of 74 patients with convalescent stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(37 patients,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(37 patients,treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine).The wrist dorsal extension function,abdominal muscle thickness and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the AROM index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of internal oblique muscle,transverse abdominal muscle and external oblique muscle in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,general health status and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the wrist dorsiflexion function of patients with stroke recovery,promote the recovery of the body and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
