目的:研究依达拉奉右莰醇联合银杏叶片对缺血性脑卒中患者治疗效果.方法:选取 2022 年 3 月—2023 年 3月于我院就诊的 60 例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各 30 例.对照组给予口服银杏叶片治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗.比较两组临床效果、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)、炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]、血液流变学[全血高切黏度(High shear viscosity of whole blood,Hηb)、全血低切黏度(Low shear viscosity of whole blood,Lηb)、血浆黏度(Plasma viscosity,ηp)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(Malonaldehyde,MDA)、活性氧簇(Reactive oxygen species,ROS)].结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组NIHSS评分、mRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IL-1β、TNF-α、Hηb、Lηb、ηp、SOD、MDA、ROS水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:银杏叶片联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗缺血性脑卒效果更突出,可改善患者神经功能缺损程度,降低机体炎性反应,安全性较为理想.
Effect of Edaravone and Dextroborneol Combined with Ginkgo Leaf Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of edaravone and dextroborneol combined with ginkgo biloba tablets on patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our department from March 2022 to March 2020 were randomized into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral ginkgo biloba tablets,while the patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone and dextroborneol injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),modified Rankin Scale(mRS),inflammatory factors(Interleukin-1 beta,IL-1 beta),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α),hemorheology(whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity of whole blood,plasma viscosity),oxidative stress index(superoxide dismutase,malonaldehyde,reactive oxygen species).Results:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).;NIHSS score and mRS score of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).IL-1β,TNF-α,Hηb,Lηb,ηp,SOD,MDA and ROS levels of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba combined with edaravone and dextroborneol is more effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke,which can improve the degree of neurological deficit and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,and is safe.
