精细化护理在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用效果.方法:选取医院 2020 年 4 月—2022 年 7 月收治的 140 例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 70 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+精细化护理.比较两组不良反应、临床指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Ramsay镇静评分、心理状况.结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预 24 h时VAS、Ramsay评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院前SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:精细化护理可提高子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者术后镇痛、镇静效果,缩短下床活动时间、住院时间,改善心理状况,减少相关不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of refined concept nursing in laparoscopic surgery for hysteromyoma.Methods:A total of 140 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing+refined concept nursing.Adverse reactions,clinical indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Ramsay sedation score and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and Ramsay scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 24 h after intervention(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group before discharge were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined concept nursing can improve the postoperative analgesia and sedation effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for hysteromyoma,shorten the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization,improve psychological status,and reduce related adverse reactions.
