Application Value of Medication Nursing in Patients with Stroke During Duloxetine Combined with Xingnaojing Injection Treatment
Objective:To observe the effect of medication nursing in patients with stroke during duloxetine combined with Xingnaojing injection treatment.Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with duloxetine combined with Xingnaojing injection.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given medication nursing on the basis of the control group.The mastery of disease knowledge,treatment compliance,psychological state and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of disease knowledge in each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance scores of medication,diet and functional exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The innovation,persuasion,strain and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of duloxetine and Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of stroke patients with medication guidance measures has a significant value in improving patients'awareness of disease knowledge,clinical compliance and self-efficacy,and alleviating their negative emotions.
