Observation on the Effect of Systematic Health Education Combined with Individualized Nutrition Management in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic health education combined with individualized nutrition management on insulin injection compliance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 112 GDM patients admitted to the Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from September 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table, with 56 patients in each group. Both groups received general routine treatment of GDM.The control group was given routine health education combined with individualized nutrition management, while the study group was given systematic health education combined with individualized nutrition management. The blood glucose control and insulin injection compliance of the two groups were compared, and the pregnancy complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The blood glucose control of the two groups was significantly improved after intervention, and the FPG and 2 hPBG in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of insulin injection in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic health education combined with individualized nutrition management can improve the blood glucose index of patients with gestational diabetes, and has a positive effect on improving the compliance of insulin injection and reducing the complications of pregnancy.
