Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Roy Adaptation Theory During Insulin Pump Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of nursing strategy based on Roy adaptation theory during insulin pump therapy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 128 GDM patients treated with insulin pump in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 64 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing+nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation theory. The blood glucose control effect, anxiety and depression self-rating scale(SAS,SDS)and self-management behavior scale scores were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of self-management behavior were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation theory is helpful to reduce blood glucose level, improve patients'mental health and improve self-management ability in GDM patients treated with insulin pump.
