Effect of Special Nursing Intervention for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease During Budesonide Atomization Inhalation Treatment Period
Objective:To explore the application effect of special nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during budesonide atomization inhalation treatment period. Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to the inpatient department of the hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected. After admission, all patients received routine symptomatic support treatment and inhaled budesonide suspension atomization inhalation treatment.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing during treatment, and the observation group received special nursing intervention. The pulmonary function[forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)],nursing compliance(self-made compliance questionnaire evaluation)and self-care ability[Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and at the end of 7 days of intervention. Results:The levels of FVC,PEF and FEV1 in the two groups at the end of 7 days of intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total compliance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of special nursing during the treatment of budesonide atomization inhalation in patients with COPD can further promote the optimization of patients'lung function level and enhance their nursing compliance and self-care ability.
