Study on the Effect of Social Support Between Family Resilience and Psychological Craving in the Patients with Alcohol Dependence
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between family resilience and psychological craving in patients with alcohol dependence,in order to provide intervention strategies for rehabilitation nursing.Methods:A total of 100 patients with alcohol dependence who were hospitalized at Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from December 1,2023,to March 30,2024,were selected for the study.they were surveyed Using the Social Supporting Rating Scale(SSRS),the Shortened Chinese Version of the Family Resilience Assessment scale(FRAS-C)and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS).The mediating effect of social supporting between family resilience and psychological craving were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis,and mediation effect analysis.Results:The total scores of SSRS,FRAS-C and VAS in 100 patients with alcohol dependence were(41.54±5.89)scores,(73.53±9.39)scores and(7.00±1.42)scores,respectively.The mediating effect analysis showed that the mediating effect of social support between family resilience and psychological craving was 0.165,accounting for 20.7%of the total effect.Conclusion:Social support plays a mediating role between family resilience and psychological craving.Improving social support can help improve family resilience and reduce psychological craving in patients with alcohol dependence.
