Effect of Low-dose Olanzapine Combined with Sertraline in the Treatment of Adolescent Patients with Non-suicidal Self-injury Depression
Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline on adolescent depression patients with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Methods:A total of 70 adolescent depression patients with NSSI admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into combined treatment group and single treatment group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The single treatment group was treated with single sertraline, and the combined treatment group was treated with low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline. The clinical efficacy, psychological status,self-harm behavior and impulsive behavior changes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the single treatment group(P<0.05).The scores of self-injury behavior and BIS-II in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline is effective in the treatment of NSSI adolescent depression, which can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, and reduce the self-harm behavior and impulsive behavior of patients, and has high safety.
