Comparison of the Effects of Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection at Different Times in the Adjuvant Treatment of Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Colon Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil(FA)on postoperative immune function in patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer. Methods:A total of 90 patients with radical resection of colon cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into three groups according to the timing of FA administration, with 30 patients in each group.Group A was administered before operation, group B was administered during operation, and group C was administered after operation. The analgesic effect, immune function, adverse reaction, complication rate and tumor recurrence were compared among the three groups. Results:At T1,the pain score of group A was lower than that of group B and group C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in pain scores among the three groups at T2,T3 and T4(P>0.05).At T2,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the three groups were lower than those at T0,but those in group A were higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).At T3 and T4,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the three groups showed an upward trend, and those in group A were higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions, complications and tumor recurrence among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative intravenous injection of FA has a good analgesic effect, which has a protective effect on postoperative immune function in patients undergoing radical resection of colon cancer, and will not increase adverse reactions and complications.
