Intervention Effect of Risk Stratification Nursing Mode on Postoperative Sore Throat and Swallowing Function in Patients with General Anesthesia Intubation
Objective:To explore the effect of risk stratification nursing on postoperative sore throat in patients with propofol general anesthesia intubation. Methods:A total of 74 patients with propofol general anesthesia intubation who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into reference group(37 patients)and study group(37 patients)by drawing lots. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given risk stratification nursing. The incidence of postoperative sore throat, oral feeding time, first food intake, swallowing function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative sore throat in the study group was lower than that in the control group immediately after extubation and 24 h after extubation(P<0.05);the oral feeding time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of food consumed for the first time after surgery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Burke scale score immediately after extubation,24 hours after extubation and 1 day before discharge in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SPQI scale score in the study group was lower than that of the control group 1 day after surgery and 1 day before discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk stratified nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative sore throat in patients with propofol general anesthesia intubation, shorten the time of oral feeding, increase the amount of first postoperative eating, and improve swallowing function and sleep quality, and the nursing effect is significant.
