Medication Analysis of Hematuria Caused by Compound Diclofenac Sodium Injection
Compound diclofenac sodium injection is a commonly used antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)in clinical practice.Its adverse reactions can occur in multiple systems such as digestive and urinary systems,the main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,gastrointestinal bleeding,hematuria and other different symptoms,but there are few studies on its hematuria.In this paper,two cases of hematuria caused by compound diclofenac sodium injection in our hospital were analyzed to provide reference for clinical medication.
