摘要
卡培他滨导致的手足综合征是一种常见的不良反应,但其发病机制尚不明确,目前仍无有效的预防措施,临床患者常因使用卡培他滨导致的手足综合征而中断化疗.本文通过1 例卡培他滨致手足综合征的病例进行分析和查阅文献,重点关注预防措施,为临床提供参考.
Abstract
Capecitabine-induced hand-foot syndrome is a common adverse reaction,but its pathogenesis is not clear,and there are still no effective preventive measures.Clinical patients often discontinue chemotherapy due to hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.In this paper,a case of hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine was analyzed and the literature was reviewed,focusing on preventive measures to provide reference for clinical practice.
