Influencing Factors of Anthracycline-induced Myocardial Injury in Breast Cancer Patients and Preventive Effect of Dexrazoxane
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of anthracycline-induced myocardial injury in breast cancer patients and the preventive effect of dexrazoxane. Methods:The clinical data of 127 breast cancer patients treated with anthracycline drugs in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether myocardial injury occurred, they were divided into myocardial injury group(45 patients)and non-myocardial injury group(82 patients). The clinical data of all patients were counted in detail, and the risk factors of myocardial injury were analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in age,BMI,history of hypertension, history of diabetes,HER2 positive,BNP,cTnI,CRP,TGF-β1 and preventive application of dexrazoxane between myocardial injury group and non-myocardial injury group(P<0.05).Logistic regression showed that advanced age,HER2 positive, high BNP,high cTnI,high CRP and high TGF-β1 were risk factors for myocardial injury in patients with breast cancer, and prophylactic use of dexrazoxane was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of anthracycline-induced myocardial injury in breast cancer patients include high age,HER2 positive, high BNP level, high cTnI level, high CRP level, high TGF-β1 level, and no prophylactic use of dexrazoxane.
