Effect of Health Intervention Model Based on 4P Medicine on Self-care Ability and Medication Compliance of Patients with Hypertensive Disorder in Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the influence of health intervention model based on 4P medicine on self-care ability and medication compliance for patients with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy. Methods:A total of 112 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital from September 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into 4P group(health intervention model based on 4P medicine,56 pregnant women)and control group(routine intervention,56 pregnant women)by simple random grouping. The changes of blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)score, the Chinese Version of the 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)score and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention,SBP and DBP in the 4P group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ESCA and MMAS-8 in the 4 P group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the 4P group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The health intervention model based on 4P medicine can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy, and improve their self-care ability and medication compliance.
