Application Effect of Collaborative Management Mode in COPD Patients During the Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Treatment Period
Objective:To study the effect of collaborative management mode in copd patients during the salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment period. Methods:A total of 104 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 52 patients in each group. Both groups received salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation. On this basis, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received collaborative management mode. The self-care ability, medication compliance and lung function of the two groups were compared. Results:After 1 week of intervention, the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with COPD treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation, the effect of collaborative management mode can effectively improve patients'self-care ability, improve medication compliance and improve lung function.
