复方多黏菌素B软膏联合rh-EGF外用溶液在面颈部烧伤后残余创面修复中的应用效果

摘要
目的:分析复方多黏菌素B软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子(rh-EGF)外用溶液应用于面颈部烧伤后残余创面修复的临床效果.方法:收集2023年1月—2024年3月武汉市中心医院收治的面颈部烧伤后需行创面修复患者40例为研究对象,共100个创面,以随机分组原则分为观察组21例和对照组19例.对照组采用rh-EGF外用溶液治疗配合红外线照射,观察组则在此基础上联合复方多黏菌素B软膏,比较两组创面细菌清除情况、当前疼痛强度(PPI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、临床效果.结果:观察组治疗总有效率及创面细菌清除率均优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后PPI评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:面颈部烧伤后残余创面修复患者联合应用复方黏菌素B软膏、rh-EGF外用溶液是可行的,具有明显的治疗效果,且能有效清除感染菌,缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of compound polymyxin B ointment combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-EGF)external solution in the repair of residual wounds after facial and neck burns.Methods:From January 2023 to March 2024,40 patients with facial and neck burns who needed wound repair in the Central Hospital of Wuhan were collected as the research objects,with a total of 100 wounds.They were randomly divided into observation group(21 patients)and control group(19 patients).The control group was treated with rh-EGF external solution combined with infrared irradiation,while the observation group was treated with compound polymyxin B ointment on the basis of the control group.The bacterial clearance,current pain intensity(PPI),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and wound bacterial clearance rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PPI score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to use compound colistin B ointment and rh-EGF external solution in patients with residual wound repair after facial and neck burns.It has obvious therapeutic effect,and can effectively remove infected bacteria,relieve pain and improve sleep quality.It is worthy of clinical application.
