Effect of Alteplase Injection Combined with Urokinase in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effect of alteplase injection combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random envelope drawing, the patients were divided into alteplase group(62 cases)and control group(62 cases). The control group was given urokinase combined with routine treatment, and the alteplase group was given alteplase injection combined with routine treatment. The therapeutic effect,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, cerebral blood flow of cerebral artery and serum homocysteine content were compared between the two groups. Results:All patients successfully completed the treatment without serious complications. After 14 days of treatment, the effective rate of alteplase group was 98.39%,which was higher than 88.71%of control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the alteplase group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cerebral blood flow in the alteplase group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum homocysteine content in the alteplase group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase injection combined with routine treatment has a good effect in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can reduce the degree of neurological loss, improve the cerebral blood flow of cerebral artery, reduce the content of serum homocysteine and improve the prognosis of patients.
