Comparison of the Effects of Euthyrox and Thyroid Tablets in the Treatment of Hypothyroidism During Pregnancy
Objective:To investigate the effect of euthyrox treatment on thyroid hormone levels in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods:A total of 180 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into 90 patients in the euthyrox group and 90 patients in the conventional group. The routine group was treated with thyroid tablets, and the euthyrox group was treated with euthyrox. Both groups were treated continuously until delivery. The total effective rate, serum thyroid stimulating hormone, free thyroxine content, adverse reactions and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the Euthyrox group after 6 months of treatment was 98.89%,which was higher than 90.00%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of serum thyroid stimulating hormone and free thyroxine in the Euthyrox group were better than those in the conventional group after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Euthyrox group after 6 months of treatment was 2.22%,which was lower than 11.11%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of abortion, premature rupture of membranes, premature delivery and cesarean section in the euthyrox group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Euthyrox can improve the overall therapeutic effect of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy, improve the content of free thyroxine and thyroid stimulating hormone, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and has high application safety.
