基于抗衰效应探究乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化治疗老年慢阻肺患者效果

摘要
目的:基于抗衰效应探究乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗对老年慢阻肺患者的疗效及对血气指标的影响.方法:回顾性分析2022年1月—2024年1月我院收治的76例老年慢阻肺患者进行研究,应用抽签法进行分组,包括参照组(38例)、研究组(38例).参照组应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组在此基础上加用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗.对比两组治疗效果、血气指标、炎症因子、不良反应.结果:研究组治疗有效率高于参照组(P＜0.05);研究组治疗后PaO2、SaO2 高于参照组,PaCO2 低于参照组(P＜0.05);研究组治疗后血清白细胞介素(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平低于参照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗可有效改善老年慢阻肺患者的血气指标,抑制炎症反应,治疗效果佳,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acetylcysteine atomization therapy on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on blood gas indexes based on anti-aging effect.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 76 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 was conducted.The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots,including reference group(38 patients)and study group(38 patients).The reference group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the study group was treated with acetylcysteine on this basis.The therapeutic effect,blood gas index,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and SaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine atomization therapy can effectively improve the blood gas index of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and inhibit the inflammatory response.The treatment effect is good and the safety is high.
