Effect of Acetylcysteine Combined with Budesonide Atomization in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on Anti-aging Effect
Objective:To explore the effect of acetylcysteine atomization therapy on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on blood gas indexes based on anti-aging effect. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 76 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 was conducted. The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots, including reference group(38 patients)and study group(38 patients). The reference group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation, and the study group was treated with acetylcysteine on this basis. The therapeutic effect, blood gas index, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and SaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and PaCO2 was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum interleukin(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine atomization therapy can effectively improve the blood gas index of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and inhibit the inflammatory response. The treatment effect is good and the safety is high.
