Effect of Silver Sulfadiazine Combined with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in the Treatment of Second Degree Burn
Objective:To investigate the effect of silver sulfadiazine combined with moisture exposed burn ointment in the treatment of second degree burn.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with second degree burns treated in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with moisture exposed burn ointment,and the observation group was treated with silver sulfadiazine combined with moisture exposed burn ointment.The wound healing(wound healing time,granulation growth time,scar incidence),wound secretion,pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound healing time and granulation growth time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of scar was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The overall wound secretion of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the overall pain degree was lighter than that of the control group(P＜0.05)).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Silver sulfadiazine combined with moisture exposed burn ointment can accelerate wound healing for second degree burns,granulation growth,reduce wound secretions and relieve pain,and the combined treatment does not increase adverse reactions and has good safety.
