Effect of Self-made Runing Decoction Combined with Tamoxifen in the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of a self-made Runing decoction combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands(HMG).Methods:According to the random number table method,118 patients with HMG admitted to Xingyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group(n=59,tamoxifen)and observation group(n=59,self-made Runing decoction+tamoxifen).Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,estradiol and prolactin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Runing decoction combined with tamoxifen can improve the therapeutic effect of HMG,improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels,and do not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
