疏肝健脾益肾汤辅助GP化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的效果

摘要
目的:研究晚期乳腺癌化疗患者应用疏肝健脾益肾汤对症状改善及毒副反应的影响.方法:选取我院2021年3月—2022年8月收治的80例晚期乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例).对照组采用常规化疗,研究组采用常规化疗与疏肝健脾益肾汤,比较两组中医证候积分、肿瘤标志物、炎症因子、细胞免疫功能、一般毒副反应、消化系统毒副反应.结果:治疗后,研究组各中医证候指标评分及癌胚抗原、癌抗原15-3、癌抗原125、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6水平均低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组骨髓抑制、心脏毒性、血管损伤发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组恶心、呕吐严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:疏肝健脾益肾汤能够有效改善患者症状及免疫功能,减轻炎症反应及消化系统毒副反应.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Shugan Jianpi Yishen Decoction on symptom improvement and side effects in patients with advanced breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(40 patients)and a study group(40 patients.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,while the study group received conventional chemotherapy and Shugan Jianpi Yishen Decoction.The TCM syndrome scores,tumor markers,inflammatory factors,cellular immune function,general toxic side effects,and digestive system toxic side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome indexes and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,cancer antigen 15-3,cancer antigen 125,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bone marrow suppression,cardiotoxicity and vascular injury between the study group and the control group(P＞0.05).The severity of nausea and vomiting in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jianpi Yishen Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and immune function of patients,alleviate inflammatory reactions and digestive system toxic side effects.
