摘要
目的:研究阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果.方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月我院收治的82例宫颈HPV感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上联用保妇康栓.比较两组HPV转阴有效率、症状评分和不良反应.结果:观察组HPV转阴有效率为 97.56%,高于对照组的 82.93%(P＜0.05);两组治疗后阴部瘙痒、小腹隐痛、带下量多、神疲倦怠和口干口苦评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组阴道灼热、恶心、头痛和阴道红肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:宫颈HPV感染应用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合保妇康栓可提高疗效,减轻症状,且不增加不良反应发生几率.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of vaginal lactobacillus capsule combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:A total of 82 patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with vaginal lactobacillus capsule,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of HPV negative conversion,symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of HPV negative conversion in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.93%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of pudendal itching,low abdominal pain,excessive vaginal discharge,lassitude,dry mouth and bitter taste in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of vaginal burning,nausea,headache and vaginal redness between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of vaginal Lactobacillus capsule combined with Baofukang suppository in cervical HPV infection can improve the curative effect,reduce the symptoms,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
