Effect of Gegen Decoction Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the efficacy and immune function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Kaifeng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of joint pain,joint swelling,chills and morning stiffness in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gegen decoction combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction has a good effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve the adverse symptoms and immune function of patients.
