Effect of Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection Combined with Salvianolate in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the application value of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in the brain of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 123 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into study group(62 patients)and control group(61 patients)by random single and double number method. The control group was given intravenous infusion of salvianolate, and the study group was given troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection on the basis of the control group. The cerebral blood flow, related nerve factors, free radical scavenging ability and safety were compared between the two groups. Results:Four weeks after treatment,SOD,relative cerebral blood volume,BNDF,MCA,VA,BA and ECBF in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while MDA,NSE and S-100β were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion:Troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with salvianolate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly can effectively and safely increase cerebral blood flow and free radical scavenging ability, and improve the level of brain injury markers and stress state.
