Application Effect of Mind Map Guided Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome During Medication Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing on medication compliance of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mind map guided rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,psychological state,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life indexes(behavioral ability,physiological function,psychological function and social function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind mapping rehabilitation nursing in patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve patients'medication compliance,improve their psychological state and quality of life,and reduce complications.
