Effect of Cluster Respiratory Tract Nursing in Neonatal Pneumonia During the Latamoxef Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster respiratory tract nursing in neonatal pneumonia treated with latamoxef. Methods:A total of 103 neonates with pneumonia who were treated in the pediatrics department of our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(51 neonates)and study group(52 neonates)according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing of neonatal pneumonia, and the study group was combined with cluster respiratory tract nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect, blood gas index and clinical index were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the effective rate of nursing in the study group(94.23%)was higher than that in the control group(80.39%)(P<0.05).The blood oxygen partial pressure and pH value of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time, dyspnea relief time, cough and wheezing disappearance time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05)).Conclusion:The nursing effect of cluster respiratory tract nursing in neonatal pneumonia during the latamoxef treatment period is significant, which can significantly improve the blood gas index and related clinical indicators of children.
