Study on the Intervention Effect of Comprehensive Comprehensive Nursing in Infants with Severe Pneumonia During Drug Treatment Period
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive comprehensive nursing in infants with severe pneumonia during drug treatment period.Methods:A total of 102 infants with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into nursing group(51 infants)and control group(51 infants)by random number table method.The control group was given routine pneumonia nursing,and the nursing group was given comprehensive nursing.The symptom improvement time,nursing compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of shortness of breath,fever and cough in the nursing group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing compliance of the nursing group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The QLSCA scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the QLSCA scores of the nursing group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive comprehensive nursing in infants with severe pneumonia during drug treatment period is good,which can alleviate the symptoms of pulmonary discomfort,relieve anxiety,restore lung function,and improve the nursing compliance and quality of life.
