Intervention Effect of Nursing Mode Guided by Target Management Theory During Drug Treatment of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of nursing mode guided by target management theory during drug treatment of maintenance dialysis patients. Methods:A total of 82 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing guided by target management theory.Serum nutrition indexes,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the levels of albumin, prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Except for the score of exercise dimension, the scores of other dimensions of self-management ability and GQOL-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of levocarnitine in MHD patients, the combined application of target management theory-guided nursing can more significantly improve their nutritional status, and improve their self-management level through various measures, and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
