Effect of Focused Solution Mode Nursing on Drug Prevention of Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section in High-risk Pregnant Women
Objective:To explore the application value of focused solution mode nursing in the prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section in high-risk parturients by intrauterine compression balloon and ergonovine maleate. Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,50 high-risk parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All of them were treated with intrauterine compression balloon and ergometrine maleate. They were randomly divided into reference group(25 parturients)and study group(25 parturients)by drawing lots. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given focused solution mode nursing. The postoperative bleeding volume, negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],self-efficacy[General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The bleeding of the study group at 2 h,6 h and 24 h was less than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the GSS score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of uterine compression balloon and ergometrine maleate in cesarean section of high-risk parturients, the application of focused solution mode nursing can reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding, relieve depression and anxiety, improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction, and the application effect is remarkable.
