摘要
目的:分析无缝隙护理对尿激酶介入溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果.方法:将本院在 2022 年 3 月—2024 年3 月期间收治的 100 例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50 例.两组患者均予以尿激酶介入溶栓治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以无缝隙护理.比较两组神经功能及对日常生活的影响、情绪状态、满意度.结果:干预后,观察组NIHSS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组,FIM评分及PNSQ各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对尿激酶介入溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者实施无缝隙护理干预,不仅能减轻神经功能损伤,降低对日常生活的影响,还能有效调节患者的情绪状态,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing on patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with urokinase interventional thrombolysis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with urokinase interventional thrombolysis.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given seamless nursing.The neurological function and its influence on daily life,emotional state and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the NIHSS score,SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the FIM score and PNSQ scores of each dimension were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with urokinase interventional thrombolysis can not only reduce neurological impairment,reduce the impact on daily life,but also effectively regulate the emotional state of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
