男性海洛因依赖者的血清性激素水平变化研究

摘要
目的:探究男性海洛因依赖者与健康男性性激素水平差异.方法:选自2023年3月—8月在宁夏地区某男子强制隔离戒毒所强制或自愿接受戒毒治疗的男性海洛因依赖者 28 例作为观察组,另选取来源于同一时间段就诊于银川市某医院门诊体检的健康男性25 例作为对照组,比较两组血清中人睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平.结果:观察组LH、FSH、T水平低于对照组,PRL水平高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组E2 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:海洛因成瘾可使男性血清性激素水平发生变化,导致男性海洛因依赖者下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能紊乱.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the difference of sex hormone levels between male heroin addicts and healthy men.Methods:A total of 28 male heroin addicts who had received compulsory or voluntary drug treatment in a male compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center in Ningxia region from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 25 healthy males from a hospital in Yinchuan during the same period of physical examination were selected as the control group.Serum levels of testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of LH,FSH and T in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of PRL was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the level of E2 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Heroin addiction can change the level of male serum sex hormones,leading to dysfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis in male heroin addicts.
