摘要
中药注射液是临床治疗的重要组成部分,近年来随着现代制药技术的发展,适应证的宽泛,品种的增加,越来越多的中药注射液供临床使用.但在实际临床应用中,由于中药注射液成分复杂,不稳定性因素较多,引起的药物不良反应屡见不鲜.其中,用于心脑血管疾病的舒血宁注射液在临床使用广泛,文献报道其不良反应较多.本文通过汇总分析两院4例舒血宁注射液新的/严重的不良反应,分析其发生原因,并提出防范措施,总结处置原则.
Abstract
In recent years,with the development of modern pharmaceutical technology,wide indications and increasing varieties,more and more traditional Chinese medicine injections are used in clinic.But in the actual clinical application,due to the complex composition of traditional Chinese medicine injection,more unstable factors,drug adverse reactions caused by common.Shuxuening injection,which is used for heart cerebrovascular disease,has been widely used in clinical practice,and its adverse reactions have been reported in more and more literatures.In this paper,4 cases of new/serious adversereactions of Shuxuening injection in two hospitals were summarized and analyzed.This paper analyzes the causes,puts forward the preventive measures and summarizes the disposal principles.
