某院中药饮片验收入库问题分析与解决措施

摘要
目的:研究石河子大学第一附属医院中药饮片入库验收质量,建立相应管理措施,保证临床用药安全.方法:根据石河子大学第一附属医院 2015 年 6 月—2020 年 1 月中药饮片入库验收记录,统计并分析中药饮片质量不合格的原因.结果:我院 2015 年 6 月—2020 年 1 月验收中药饮片 11 413 批次,不合格 299 批次(2.62%);中药饮片质量不合格的主要原因为批号不符、名称不符、炮制不符所占比例分别为 15.05%、11.37%、16.05%.结论:石河子大学第一附属医院2015年6月—2020年1月中药饮片质量存在诸多问题,所以加强中药饮片入库前验收及提高验收质量具有重要临床意义,建议医院选择正规的进货渠道,使用专业化现代化鉴定方法,建立完善入库前验收记录机制进行针对性干预.
Abstract
Objective:To study the acceptance quality of herbal decoction pieces in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University,and to establish corresponding management measures to ensure the safety of clinical medication.Methods:According to the storage acceptance records of herbal decoction pieces in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from June 2015 to January 2020,the reasons for the unqualified quality of herbal decoction pieces were counted and analyzed.Results:From June 2015 to January 2020,11 413 batches of Chinese herbal pieces were accepted in our hospital,and 299 batches(2.62%)were unqualified.The main reasons for the unqualified quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were batch number inconsistency,name inconsistency,and processing inconsistency,accounting for 15.05%,11.37%,and 16.05%,respectively.Conclusion:There are many problems in the quality of herbal decoction pieces in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from June 2015 to January 2020,so it is of great clinical significance to strengthen the acceptance of herbal decoction pieces before storage and improve the quality of acceptance.It is suggested that hospitals should choose formal purchase channels,use professional modern identification methods,and establish and improve the acceptance record mechanism before storage for targeted intervention.
